Welcome to the good times, the interesting times, the jazzy times, and the good people at Sandaga. "THE PLACE FOR LIVE JAZZ"
Sandaga? What is it? Well, it's actually named for a market in Dakar Senegal.
However... here in Dallas for us lucky fans, there's live jazz, comedy, African Art, and music programs for young people. Kind of like an arts market for fans.
Within the tent of Sandaga Market you will find Sandaga Arts, graphics and African Arts; Sandaga Jazz, live performances by top flight artist; and Youthful Jazz, music education, mentoring and instrument lessons for young people.
(By the way Youthful Jazz is a non profit organization.) Also the venue Sandaga Market is available for parties and special events,
